Delete your account

TripArro — website and Android app

You can delete your TripArro account at any time. When you do:

• Your login, name, email address, phone number and password are deleted straight away.
• Your past and upcoming bookings, payments and invoices are kept without a link to your account, because tax and accounting laws require it (usually 8 years). Upcoming bookings are not cancelled — to cancel one, contact us first.
• ID documents from check-in are deleted automatically as described in our privacy policy.
• You can still open a booking with its reference and email on Find a booking.
